Dl Training Day

Capernwray, Lancashire

Extremely wet day at Capernwray (even before entering the water) but that didn't dampen the spirits of all our Dive Leader Trainees!

Big shout out to John Barton and John Armstrong for teaching us both DO6 and DO7! They were both amazing instructors and gave useful insight beyond the skills highlighted in the BSAC lesson plans.

Dan, Cliodhna, Jake, Yasmine, Rachael and Abbie all successfully completed both lessons and are now two steps closer to their dive leader qualification!

Another big thanks to Yngve for joining us and helping all of our divers with kit.

Two good dives and great skill demonstrations from all of the trainees.

Overall a lovely day with our regional instructors!
